We were all in agreement - the tuna was the best we ever had.

Cod milt fritter - Ryan and i didn't know what cod milt is. Ilya had a milt memory form his childhood. At certain times of the year, when his mom would buy a whole fish and remove the insides she would cook the roe of the female fish and the sperm of the male. This of course was a seasonal thing. Ilya recalled his mom referring to the sperm as milt. He wanted to confirm the truth about the milt so he asked our very nice, Japanese server, "What is milt?". He turned red and said brain. We asked a second server and he pointed to his groin. Suspicions confirmed. Anyway, all I gotta say is cod have some damn good sperm. These fritters were off the hook and so different form anything else I've ever tasted.
