Bonito shuto - this is aged bonito with cream cheese. Very potent and salty but delicious.
Same Nonkutso - thinly sliced shark cartilage in a plum sauce. This stuff was unreal - realy cool texture and great taste. We orderd another one :)
Compliments of the chef - daikon and carrot top with a tasty piece of cooked persimmon. Homemade mini rice cake with shrimp.
